Gastronomia360 is a training programme for female gastronomic entrepreneurs, specifically dedicated to women in vulnerable situations.
The project was developed in the cities of Carúpano, El Tocuyo and Valencia.
After being trained, the participants become volunteers in canteens for children at risk of malnutrition.
